We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team! This position is part of a 7 member team that provides desktop support services for the company. This position will provide expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware. It requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, supported wireless devices and peripherals. This position receives escalated level support issues from the company Helpdesk and the Enterprise Support Center.
This position requires 8 or More Years of Experience in Desktop Support and a familiarity with a variety of desktop support concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
