Change Management/Communication Specialist/GA/Manufacturing/Contract Only

Support and facilitate change management within Facilities Management (FM). Position expectations include: ensuring engagement of all stakeholders; enabling organizational change initiatives in a coordinated, controlled and consistent manner. The position reports to the FM Project Management Office Leader and works independently and in collaboration with FM Leadership, FM team members, and FM Stakeholders. The incumbent also interfaces with other corporate change management and external partners to ensure alignment in approach.

Facilities Management manages facilities and supports the customer base at North American office sites (Dallas, Knoxville, Neenah, Roswell), EMEA office sites (various countries), and various Sales Offices. FM is responsible for providing safe, sustainable workplace environments, developing and executing innovative, cost effective solutions, and providing customer-facing services that align with enterprise goals and meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with PMO Leader and other FM leadership to develop overall change management strategies and approach to support organizational and operational initiatives. 
  • Coordinate, develop and drive change management plans for key FM initiatives (i.e. WorkSmart, Workplace strategy, Safety, Sustainability, enhancements/changes in customer services). 
  • Provide change management support for the FM organization and customer-facing functions, including – stakeholder analysis/management; project engagement, planning, design and implementation; project pre/post evaluation, documenting and integrating lessons learned into future projects 
  • Coordinate and facilitate change management aspects of the WorkSmart program, including facilitation of the Workplace Program Office (WPO) activities with FM, IT, HR, Procurement representatives 
  • Function as a liaison between the internal FM and organizations and external partners to ensure compliance with change management guidelines and standards and alignment in approach. 
  • Prepare a variety of documents, presentations, reports and other mediums for internal and external communications. Examples include, but are not limited to, Client Relationship Management, leadership presentations, FM leadership messages, project newsletters, video messages, content for internal and customer-facing SharePoint sites in conjunction with external partners where appropriate, PowerPoint presentations, project/building handbooks. 
  • Collaborate with corporate change management resources and external partners to ensure awareness of FM activities and alignment in approach.
