This position will be a part of a team that supports telecommunications technologies including, but not limited to, mobile device management, unified communications, analog and VoIP voice technologies, video, voice mail, teleconference, cellular routers, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, aircards and other end user devices within the agency. This position will place orders with telecommunications vendors to add new services, modify, or remove services. This position also has expertise in telecommunications devices and equipment, and can troubleshoot problems. All work is logged in an incident management system. This position works directly with vendors and end-user customers, so good customer service skills are required.
