Responsible for production operational tasks. This will include; resolving end user Exchange Online and OnPrem mailbox and identity related problems, Outlook functionality and connectivity problems. Primarily working level Tier 3 tickets.

Exchange administrator needed to support end user problems resulting from an IBM Notes migration to Office 365 and Exchange on-prem environment. Primary responsibilities are providing end-user support through HP Service Manger tickets for Outlook 2013 and Outlook Web Application.
Microsoft Exchange Administration v2013 – Required – Minimum 2 years experience
Microsoft Office365 Exchange Online Administration – Required – Minimum 2 years experience
Understanding of Office365 Hybrid configuration and administration – Required – Minimum 2 years experience
Outlook Client v2013 email and calendaring functionality support – Required – Minimum 2 years experience
