Responsible for production operational tasks. This will include; email database and Domino server administration, fulfilling client service requests, client tickets, group maintenance and composing end user documentation.

– Exchange administrator needed to support end user problems resulting from an IBM Notes migration to Office 365 and Exchange on-prem environment. Primary responsibilities are providing end-user support through HP Service Manger tickets for Outlook 2013 and Outlook Web Application.
